I don't understand how Teavana hires their customer service associates. Do they pick people off of the street? I ordered tea for my father on 12/7. We still haven't received anything. I called Teavana a total of 5 times - spoke to a woman named Tia twice, another woman, a gentleman, and a woman named Alexandra.
