I received a gift from my daughter from your store. I opened the tea box and the cup was missing. One of the tea canisters was open. How could you take a return and then put it back on the shelf for resale without checking to see if it was complete? She paid $45, but now it is worthless to me because the parts are missing, and the tea was open.
