We had the scallops and steak they both were nicely seasoned. The salads were great and very fresh. Fantastic wine list!
I walked into this store on Friday, July 27th and one salesperson said hello. No one came to me to see if I needed any assistance. A lady came in after me and a sales person came from behind the counter and personally assisted her. I wanted to purchase some canisters of tea but walked out of the store, still not being assisted. Wasn't happy at all!
Outstanding customer service! Tonight I spent 30 minutes at the end of the shift at Teavana. Trevor and Maggie helped me and my sister try a bunch of new iced and hot teas. They gave us their personal recommendations and antedotes on blends they love. We went in for one tea and ended up with five! They were beyond patient with our decision-making, even well past store closing. I have been shopping at this location for 9 years and service like tonight is why they continue to have my loyalty.
The tea selection is great....pricey, but worth it and the staff are awesome! The manager spent some time educating me on the different teas, the processing, benefits, etc. Over and above and truly appreciated!
