My elderly mother was completely screwed over by this sorry excuse for a human being. He didn't complete the work and never honoured the warranty. Talks a big talk, that is all. Caused my senior mother thousands of dollars trying to fix the rat nest this piece of work put in for a heat pump. Even left a live wire hanging out in a high traffic area. A criminal, nothing more.
