I ordered taro milk tea. The menu showed there are chunks. They did not give me any and the taro milk tea is full of ice cubes. After I requested for the chunks, they remake it, but there's still no chunks == And they didn't even bother to call out to pick up the tea as if I owe them stuff. The taro milk tea taste tasteless too, it's got chemical smell and plain. I also ordered their mini pancakes . Their mini pancakes taste mediocre. The mini pancakes don't worth 12 dollars. I just left this establishment feeling at odds with the interaction I was presented with. The young lady behind the counter did not acknowledge me upon entering, which is fine, she was completing orders. When she did come to the register nothing, no hello no nothing, just a blank stare, I requested a double espresso as they have a full espresso bar in full view.
