My husband and I don't have enough words to describe our experience but I will do my best anyway. The "custom cake" we ordered for our baby shower was a disaster to say the very least and the service was even worse. The fondant work was awful (i.e. finger prints in it, falling apart). The 'toppers" were supposed to be "teddy bearS and blockS" it ended up being one teddy bear (2.5 inches tall) and three crooked blocks (.5 cubic inches each).
