The shop is very clean she was very nice,,, however . I did go for a platinum style which was nice however some weeks later I asked if I could go to a darker color she said yes since she is the licensed stylist I went with it her assistant put the wrong color in and she had to do the right color on top of that I believe it was too much processing caused my hair to fall out she still charged me did not really take accountability tried to say It wasn’t falling out when I showed her pictures. Unprofessional Tanesha Brady atTeased Styling Studio, I booked an appointment, and she canceled appt. I called and email asking for assistance and she email me on the 14th saying she would call during break and never followed up with me.
One of the BEST hair salons for women with ethnic hair to go. The owner and operator of the hair is a master of her craft. The products and care she utilizes are great. The salon is clean, the staff are friendly and take care of you while waiting and getting services and overall I always have a great experience. My hair is growing, it's cleaned well, styled exceptionally well, and is healthy. I've been a client since 2013, and I'm so thankful for this talented and professional salon.
