I called to make an appointment several times. Just like one of the other ladies said, I’m not much of a complainer, but I feel it needs to be said. There are a few things i wouldnt consider “great customer service”. First, as I mentioned it’s hard just to set up an appointment. I called, and it went to a voicemail system (during normal hours) I left a message saying I wanted an appointment. So happy with my haircut!! I have thick hair that can get very poofy but Geneva did a wonderful job at getting rid of the heaviness and really making sure it was perfect. She did not rush through, asked many questions to make sure I was satisfied with my hair. Absolutely loved it. Very clean and cute salon. Highly recommend! Will be coming back. Thank you so much
I've been going to one of the beauticians for a while, known her for quite a long time before she started doing my hair! She does an awesome job, it gets washed, cut & styled! She also does my mom's hair now!
Myrna did an AMAZING job on my daughter’s hair color, and we couldn’t be more pleased. We’ve never had a bad experience at this salon.
