Overall super nice but I didn't get what I asked for. I asked for fox tips which is blonde hair with small black tips and a bit of orange between them. What I got was copper roots and black hair, basically a half&half. The bleaching process was definitely uneven, some parts were platinum, some were more dirty blond, and the majority was yellow, the yellow was to be expected but not the uneven parts she didn't bother comment on.
