A two room special carpet cleaning ended costly. This review is to make the company and the customer not to just tassume the equipment is working properly. Check your equipment before you a start job. My carpet was soaked then had to have 3 dryers put on it overnight to get it dry!. When I called just to let them know I had a doggie smell in my bedroom . I was accused that my dog urinated on the carpet and was told they weren't going to replace it!!I never asked them to replace it and hung up . And then when I thought my nig... read more

I cannot rave enough about Jim, the man sent out remove pink paint from my beige carpets. He exceeded my expectations. It looks better than before. Jim was professional, kind, and more than efficient at his work. I am will be hiring this company & Jim specifically in the future. See before and after photos.
Eric, Devontae, and Dre did an incredible job cleaning our carpets and tile! The results are absolutely amazing and everything looks brand new.
