I made a virtual appointment for an allergy/sinus issue while I was at work... 7 minutes AFTER I CONFIRMED the appointment, the staff called me claiming that because of my listed symptoms, I'd need to take a covid test... Mind you, I had already paid my damn co-pay in the app!! Now your front desk staff calls and tell me that I have to go spend more money to buy a freaking covid test?!?! I’ve been seeing Dr. Williams for almost 5 years now. It was wonderful at first for her attentiveness and efficiency in solving my issues or concerns. Now she’s hardly available (wait is months long) and when I chose another fellow physician while she was unavailable last year for my annual checkup, it went all haywire. They mixed up my prescriptions or never sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy. It was such a nightmare to fix these issues. I have been visiting Dr. Terani Williams for years i love her staff and her the front desk personal are very helpful i remember there was a time where i switched ins and it was so confusing but the front desk associate helped me so much Thank you guys for your work !
1-star because 0 stars is not an option. I gave birth in October 2024. At my PP visit 12/18/24 with my OBGYN my BP was high (160s range). I was given medications and advised to monitor. 12/20 & 12/21 I had to go to the ER because BP was still high. ER changed meds and advised to continue monitoring BP. A 3rd trip to the ER on 1/6/25. I went to Dr Williams after my wonderful physician retired. She is in the same practice and I thought it would be a smooth transition. It was not. My visit was basically her telling me she couldn't fill my medications. Meanwhile she suggested 2 other medications that I did not ask for. My goal for my health is less medication not add more on.
