Is this place still open? Went there with a friend but it seemed to be closed down
Seems to be permanently closed. I drove by on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 10:30 am and the sign was gone from the building and black tarp over all the windows. I didn't manage to take a picture, but wanted to post to inform others. EDIT: Added a picture
There's just so many good boba tea shops in Sugarland. This teapioca really surprised me by their drink quality. I ordered a grapefruit green blasted and it's really good and refreshing. Not the cheap flavored tea but fresh tea with bulbs. Their milk flakes ice is also outstanding. Although the toppings I got was less than I expected, yet it's still really good. Cream matcha tea - good. Not too sweet. Not too matcha-y. Taro coconut smoothie - also good. Not too sweet. You can taste the taro and coconut. 75c for boba. They definitely load it up. Decently soft. $13 something for 2 regular sized drinks (22oz). Seemed like a lot of volume so it was worth it.
