Less ice is too much ice and employees have no clue about menu items. Asked for crystal boba, had no idea what that was, then said it was agar jelly with even more confusion… Probably this is the reason why every time I come the store is so empty while the matcha place next door is packed. Go to the Southpark Meadows location or drive up north a little, don’t come to this location
