Every time we come here they are always out of qhat we want. I am a manager at a restaurant when you see that you are running out of product you adjust your ordering so you don't run out. Customers satisfaction to success. I am giving up on this place and will take my business somewhere else. This is unacceptable.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Raquel for her outstanding customer service. She took the time to clearly explain the different drinks to us, which made it much easier to decide what to order. When we realized our order was incorrect, she immediately stepped in and fixed it without hesitation. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help truly made our experience better. Employees like Raquel make a big difference, and her effort deserves to be recognized.
I used to love this place, but unfortunately it isn’t the same anymore. They are ALWAYS out of half the menu, there’s only 1 girl working 90% of the time. Today I tried to order THREE drinks and they couldn’t do any of them. I settled on a coffee drink and told her I didn’t want it strong or bitter so she recommended the light Vietnamese coffee.
