I have been here 3 times and they are either closed or out of almost the entire menu. I see that they answered to some reviews saying they can’t place an order because sales are down. But how do you expect to increase sales when over half the menu is unavailable? You have repeat customers, but with items constantly out people won’t keep coming back. I guess this place is going out of business because they can no longer afford to supply their menu items. Sad but true.

In the past two week, I have come to get drinks and both times they have had minimal items on their menu. They have at most 20% of their menu. I am usually one to understand when inconveniences like this happened, but if it’s going on for more than a week, I would hope the company would situate themselves properly but since it seems like they have not, I felt very disappointed because I am a frequent customer of Tepioca lounge I hope they do better in the future.

Use to really like this place but haven't been able to order anything for the past few months. They are always out of ingredients and never know when they are going to have incoming shipments. Really disappointing. Employees are trying but they can't serve without ingredients.
