In the past two week, I have come to get drinks and both times they have had minimal items on their menu. They have at most 20% of their menu. I am usually one to understand when inconveniences like this happened, but if it’s going on for more than a week, I would hope the company would situate themselves properly but since it seems like they have not, I felt very disappointed because I am a frequent customer of Tepioca lounge I hope they do better in the future.

Use to really like this place but haven't been able to order anything for the past few months. They are always out of ingredients and never know when they are going to have incoming shipments. Really disappointing. Employees are trying but they can't serve without ingredients.

My favorite place to come for boba but I will have to look for a second option. Lately they have been out of ingredients for most of my favorite drinks. So far this month I have gone a couple of times and still out of ingredients

I like the place and the drinks but every time I go they are always out of ingredients. If it’s not the matcha it’s the brown sugar or one of toppings. Overall, nice place to go but I would definitely try to have a second or third drink in mind if they are out of what you originally wanted.

Friday May 22, 2026 9:45pm The shift lead started arguing with me over what she said vs what I said . Very rude condescending and so much attitude and anger. Also This place had NO BOBA available or looks like they were just lazy to make a fresh batch. I was also charged twice for my drinks due to their error. She was trying to charge me a 3rd time because of her error. I was like no I will not be charged again .
