I like the place and the drinks but every time I go they are always out of ingredients. If it’s not the matcha it’s the brown sugar or one of toppings. Overall, nice place to go but I would definitely try to have a second or third drink in mind if they are out of what you originally wanted.
Friday May 22, 2026 9:45pm The shift lead started arguing with me over what she said vs what I said . Very rude condescending and so much attitude and anger. Also This place had NO BOBA available or looks like they were just lazy to make a fresh batch. I was also charged twice for my drinks due to their error. She was trying to charge me a 3rd time because of her error. I was like no I will not be charged again . Every time we come here they are always out of qhat we want. I am a manager at a restaurant when you see that you are running out of product you adjust your ordering so you don't run out. Customers satisfaction to success. I am giving up on this place and will take my business somewhere else. This is unacceptable.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Raquel for her outstanding customer service. She took the time to clearly explain the different drinks to us, which made it much easier to decide what to order. When we realized our order was incorrect, she immediately stepped in and fixed it without hesitation. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help truly made our experience better. Employees like Raquel make a big difference, and her effort deserves to be recognized.
