I went to Teapioca on October 30, 2025, around 7:00 PM. When I entered the store, there were two customers waiting for their drinks, but no staff members were available to assist me. I waited in the lobby for several minutes before returning to my car to try placing an order through the app. While in my car, I noticed a staff member come out briefly to hand out a drink, so I went back inside to place my order. We ordered a matcha frappe with oat milk, mango smoothie, and a normal matcha either lavender. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. You have an awesome team, and the customer service in general was superb and just as amazing as the drinks!
this place is so cute! the red panda brown sugar drink is great! the staff is super friendly and patient with you if you dont know what you want! place is super clean too!
I’m only giving it two stars because this location is frequently out of Taro which is very disappointing. Other than that the drinks are delicious.
