Unfortunately the service is lacking! Every time I’m here it takes so long to get your order. Employees have no sense of urgency. It’s absurd to wait more than 15 minutes for a drink when it’s slow. Imagine if they’re busy, be prepared to wait.

Unfortunately, both my niece and I felt sick after our drinks. I enjoyed the taste of mine, until I kept pulling out these either plastic or cat/dog hair strands--I pulled three out of my mouth and didn't finish my drink. My niece felt sick after drinking about half of her boba drink, and she never gets sick. I know boba can make you feel gi distress, but this was definitely something else. I wouldn't go here again, especially after those plastic hair things in my drink.
