My hand knotted Heriz rug had slowly lost its brightness over the years, and I assumed that was simply part of getting older. After the rug cleaning process was completed, I realized how much dust and dirt had been trapped deep inside the fibers. The colors are noticeably richer now, the wool feels much softer, and the detailed pattern has become much more visible. It honestly feels like I’ve brought home a completely different rug.

I was a little nervous about sending my rug out, but it turned out to be a good decision. The rug came back clean, fresh, and in good condition. It didn’t feel stiff or smell strong, which I appreciated. Overall, it was an easy process and the rug looks much nicer now.
