He explained the entire rug cleaning process, especially for my fragile silk and wool rugs. They moved all the furniture carefully and took my Oriental rugs, Turkish rugs, and Moroccan flatweaves for professional cleaning. About a week later, everything was returned, perfectly clean. Their attention to hand-knotted and woven details really made a difference.
