Amazing facility. Great exercise selection and very clean. Vaughn was very welcoming and friendly when first meeting him. Very flexible and accommodating with his schedule. If you are in the Stoney Creek area we highly recommend you check these guys out. They take fitness seriously but they do it with a smile. Stronger Together. Bud and Scott.

Amazing gym! I left GoodLife Fitness because it was so insanely busy and it felt so cramped. TeamYou has lots of space, and since joining almost a year ago, I’ve never looked back. The owner is super welcoming and the gym atmosphere is next level!
Cool gym with a great concept. The pricing feels fair given it’s positioned as a premium space. The only drawback is the size—when it gets busy, it can feel a bit tight. More attentiveness from staff and a stronger focus on creating a motivating atmosphere would elevate the experience. Building that energy and culture should really be a core mission for the gym.
