The absolute best gym in the area. This is not your typical big box GoodLife fitness type gym. Team You HQ has very high and specialty equipment and the atmosphere can't be beat. The friendly owners personally work and train there. This gym isn't just for bodybuilders. You will feel welcome and right at home no matter your experience level.
Very mature atmosphere here. I love that it’s not a commercial gym. nice equipment and great people. Very glad I made the switch from GoodLife. Highly recommend.
I am looking for a gym. The photos for the gym, one in particular of a woman with her booty and crotch in full view, turned me right off from this place. Myself, nor my friends, will be going here.
Amazing facility. Great exercise selection and very clean. Vaughn was very welcoming and friendly when first meeting him. Very flexible and accommodating with his schedule. If you are in the Stoney Creek area we highly recommend you check these guys out. They take fitness seriously but they do it with a smile. Stronger Together. Bud and Scott.
