I really wanted to give Teamworks another chance, but after our experience this past Sunday for my daughter’s 7th birthday, it’s clear that their systemic issues haven't been resolved. We had 17 hungry children and were only served 16 slices of pizza. The reason? The kitchen "forgot to thaw enough dough." We weren't told until the food was already on the table, which meant one child had no meal at all.
