TL;DR - Stay away from them :) They will overprice your repair by over 5x fold and will not negotiate honestly. They will leave you on read once you pay them. We initially hired THS to fix a roof leak, but as the extent of the damage became apparent, they drastically increased the price and insisted on unnecessary replacements. Negotiating with them was very hard, and their explanations for the exorbitant prices seemed dubious. For instance, they quoted us $7k to replace less than 50 sqft of drywall. We got a chimney sweep and our entire house interior got covered in soot. Furniture, artwork, floors, walls, everything had a layer of soot on it by the end of the sweep. We were not warned beforehand either otherwise we would have put a plastic barrier up (which should actually be done by the person performing the sweep if he/she knows it’s going to make a huge mess.)
