We love Teamwork! Our middle schooler trains here twice a week for both dance and track. When she started she was strong, but her track form and confidence were nowhere near where they are after a year at Teamwork! Her strength, stamina and understanding of her own capability has skyrocketed and she feels such pride because she knows she's working hard! Highly recommend Teamwork for your athlete!!! Our 16 year old daughter has been attending Teamwork for about 4 months now. When we started her, she really didn’t love physical training. The training and trainers have completely changed her. She LOVES being there, usually coming home celebrating a PR that she achieved on something they working on that day. Teamwork has been WONDERFUL for our son this summer. They provided him with a structured and fun fitness plan to stay active and level up this summer. He often times mentions all the different coaches who interact with him and how ALL of them are really cool and help him. He likes the variety of moves they have him try, and feels like he is getting some noticeable results, as well as growing his confidence
My 10 year old daughter is finishing her first 6 weeks at Teamwork. It’s been awesome to see her progression. She’s not really into fitness but looks forward to going to class each week. The instructors are great and the way the sessions are structured with varying skill and age gives her motivation to improve. Would highly recommend Teamwork to athletes of all ages.
