Did a wonderful job with leaf removal. Joel stayed in touch for every step of the process and his workers were great with my dog watching them from my deck. He gave me a great vibe that he cares about his company and I will hire them again for any needs I have.

His crew was supposed to come out yesterday but never showed up, no biggie. I called him and he said they would be out this morning around 9 or so. Sent him a text asking about what time they would be here and no response so I just gave up and got someone else to take care of it.
