Sent item without the hardware pack (screws and door latch) told me they do not have anymore and cannot give me any ETA if they will be available again. Meanwhile you can still order the exact same item from their website.
Love this brand and what they represent I always check out their new products to get for my daughters or shopping for the kiddies. They have amazing kids furniture/toys while also having some great home furniture that beats alot of other places!! My family loves you Teamson!
Absolutely amazing company, ordered some of the Fantasy fields products for my kiddies and THEY LOVE THEM! I also love them too, but the craftmanship is amazing, when they say "hand crafted" and "hand painted" you know its quality product. I also purchased some items for my home from the Versanora collection and the pieces are really amazing, the minimalista pieces I purchased look great in my home. Awesome supplier of children’s products. Always fair and tries their best to keep the clients they serve happy.
The order dept does not seem to know what they are doing. They charged my account twice, never sent the item, have no record of it, and will not send me an invoice or any type of confirmation/verification. They do not return phone calls either, not willing to resolve the problem at all.
