Very simple, More concerned with a 5pm closing time than customers. Didn’t care about a young kids Easter camping and motorbike trip. Considering it was a 4 day weekend, couldn’t be bothered to stay 1 minute after 5 to help. Wouldn’t take payment over the phone either. 4 staff standing out the front of the building at 5.01pm… Zero respect and they deserve this honest review… This is an example of individuals who have zero interest for their employer and the clients who pay the bills… Cheers
