I recently bought a second hand bike from here told that another store would have service history. after days of following up I was told it didn't have any service history. After contacting CFMoto support I was pointed in the direction of the Virginia store, where the bike was originally assembled and sold, after calling them, I was told that it DID have service history. My son bought a bike from this shop, and it was handed over unwashed and in poor condition. Asked for the service history and manuals, and Mitch promised to provide them. Days later, they claimed no record exists and refused to assist further. Disappointing service and lack of accountability—go elsewhere for a properly checked bike with full documentation.
Please don’t waste your money buying for this place! Brought a brand new 2025 YZ, less then 5 weeks later and it is having issues with starting. Despite bringing it back multiple times to rectify the issue they have done nothing to fix the problem and insist it is just an issue with these bikes. Nobody had mentioned this was an issue with these bikes. The bike has 3 months warranty and bike protect but yet nothing can be done no money back or compensation.
