Worst customer service I have ever seen. Just asked some general questions about a bike which we are very keen to purchase. We told him what price was given to us by another dealership to which he scoffed at us and made arrogant and condescending remarks “why didn’t you buy it”. Maybe we would have been happy to pay a higher price for a store closer to us if we weren’t treated with arrogance. Not sure how he got the job but he’s a detriment to the company.
Dean was sharp and personable from the first call — the team moves quick and are easy to talk to. They had me booked in to test-ride the 2025 9s straight up, no hassle. When I pull the trigger, I’ll be heading back to Yamaha Gold Coast without a doubt.
