Just purchased a KTM Duke 790. Luce was incredible, bike is awesome and delivered right on time. Whole experience was easy and quick. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Have been into the gympie branch several times now looking for parts, majority of the workers have zero parts knowledge and are very unwilling to help. As standard with most so called auto or parts shops these days everything is part number based not knowledge based. I will no longer be returning
Huge shoutout to Luce for being an amazing help to me. I was looking for a bike on fb market place which I’m used to hopeless people getting back to me with any sort of info no only did Luce get back to me but she would follow up and when it wasn’t right she’s go away and find out some more info to help me again. It’s a great example of someone who truly cares.
Bought a ktm, no mention of delivery to my door had to drive a hour and a half to pick up, as bike was shipped from nsw to qld the time and date we got to collect didn’t even give receiving shop any chance to go over the bike they didn’t even know it was arriving in store till it came off truck! Chains loose and slapping, air filter was buggered! Oh and back tyre has flat spots! This was a barely used bike apparently in mint condition. Called to book in a 2009 CRF80 for a service and was told they won’t work on bikes older then 10 years.. pretty disappointed with this but otherwise the guy on the phone was nice enough.
