A pleasure to deal with professional people who want you to get what you want, not what they want you to buy. New boy Jason is very professional and knows what to ask, not just tell you stuff. They are always up for a deal and after years of visiting, I finally bought a new bike. Even after realising they "misplaced" the pillion seat, Jason offered to drop it to my house when they get it. Old fashioned service and politeness still works.
I had Jason help me purchase a brand new 2024 Indian Chief Dark Horse and the entire experience was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the process. I’m very happy with both the service provided and the amazing bike. Highly recommended.
Recently, my 2024 Indian chief was modified here where I had a full exhaust swap over from stock and an air intake installed. When I came to collect the bike, I noticed they had fitted a different exhaust than the one selected. As soon as the mix up became clear, it was immediately rescheduled to be corrected as a priority job and I had it back again in 2 days. Where do I start i got a streetbob harley davidson 2014 nothing but issues with it from day one nice as selling it to me once papers sign they dont care or honour the problems Doug the mechanic is not skilled Dont hounor the warranty gone threw 3 different service mangers MCF FINANCE i went threw dont try and call them as wait time is 50mins than it hangs up absolutely worst experience and service in my life at 54 years of age I payed the bike of in 2.5 years 2.5 years before due $1000 warranty not worth poo so I would recom... read more
Got to be one of the most unresponsive workshops going. I rang over 20 times over a 4 day period to try and book my bike in for a service. I even left a message with the parts department and nothing. I'm surprised they get any business. They have certainly lost mine.
