Anything Team Moto feels dodgy, and they’ve proved it yet again. After major issues in the past with Honda, nothing has changed. They remain disorganised, fail to follow up, and are more than happy to waste your time, even if you call ahead to confirm. Driving all the way out there for nothing is beyond frustrating. Truly useless.
Nathan was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable about both the Suzuki i bought and the Honda i'm going to sell. The team made an extra effort to get the bike ready for me to take away on the same day as the sale. Woohoo! Hayley on reception was also helpful when deciding which Givi box to buy. All-in-all, a pleasant experience.
The young mechanic always is so negative always wants to give you bad news so you don't book your bike in after dealing with him I'm going off triumphs he makes out every thing is to hard they should get rid of him
