Sales staff and service staff are helpful but can't assist due to the Manager's lack of care, assistance or customer service. Not willing to assist with replacement part tools required for a simple belt replacement even when provided part number. No care attitude post purchase really shows true character of management.
Great service and advice, lovely and knowledgeable staff
Supremely satisfied with the service, attention, follow-up and follow through by the Townsville team! We went in, at first, to seek a trade for my partner's electric Honda. 1 week later we both left with brand new cruisers :D I took the CL-C 450 and my partner the Enfield Meteor 350. Happy Days!
