I purchased a motorbike for my son from this store. I had to return multiple times by choice as it was a Christmas gift so there was some juggling with buying gear, the bike plus picking up at a later date without my son realising. Every time I returned to the store, the sales agent remembered my name. There was also polite and professional follow up where ever required in between. Dealt with these clowns 3 years ago, still chasing log books, still unable to access my finance and still get the run around. Everyone told me to avoid, I wish I’d listened!

Terrible customer service service in the Motorbike sales showroom.I went in ,had a look at the Honda section for about 10 minutes . The sales guy was busy with another customer , fair enough . Had a look at the Triumph and Suzuki section , 2 sales guys “ busy “ behind their computer, no other customers in sight . Common courtesy would be to look up and greet the customer, can I help you . I just wanted to say a huge thanks to the team at TeamMoto! It was an amazing experience buying my first bike in Australia with you guys. Justin and Riko were super helpful from the moment I walked into the shop — they guided me through choosing the right bike and even arranged delivery to my place. Awesome service and a really friendly, knowledgeable team. Highly recommend.
