Had a bad experience trying to buy a bike at teammoto the sales person Shaine was very rude and couldn't help me with any of my questions regarding a bike they were selling and was acting like I shouldn't of even asked any questions or been in the shop as it was an hour before closing time and he said we're closing soon anyways I said ok and left with 12k in my pocket. I can only speak from my own personal experience. Secondly, this review is regarding the Service Department at TeamMoto Virginia. I had an exceptional above and beyond experience regarding the treatment I received on 20APR2026. I arrived on time for my pre booked service, thanks to the txt reminders. Bought a pair of Gaerne boots three weeks ago. Not in stock so I paid and they agreed to post to my address. 3 weeks later no boots, no contact and I’ve called two days in a row in opening hours and nobody answers. $320 down the drain until I drive there and ask them what’s going on. I’m open to a resolution but until then my experience has been very poor.
