Went in last week to have a look at a bike , went back today & bought a new bike, HARLEY saw me both times & he had good knowledge of the bikes I was interested in. Really good service from him . They had a 2026 TRIUMPH 800 TRIDENT IN STOCK , which aren't supposed to get to AUSTRALIA until march. Great communication & knowledge.
Highly recommend Shaine in the sales team! He has been absolutely fantastic. Not just looking for a sale, he is very knowledgeable and there to help. He provides you all the information and not pushy like the usual salesman. He has been so helpful throughout the entire process. Jamie in the accessories department is absolutely awesome, provides help, advice and there to help. Always willing to go the extra mile and research and help you find the right thing. Thanks guys awesome work!!
Unfortunately, my visit today was disappointing. I arrived ready to purchase a bike with cash. There was only one salesperson on the floor who, after finishing with another customer, asked if I needed assistance. However, after my second question, the salesperson returned to his desk to review sales contracts and repeatedly yawned while I was still trying to ask information. I purchased a motorbike for my son from this store. I had to return multiple times by choice as it was a Christmas gift so there was some juggling with buying gear, the bike plus picking up at a later date without my son realising. Every time I returned to the store, the sales agent remembered my name. There was also polite and professional follow up where ever required in between.
