I originally had my purchase handled by a different salesman, but unfortunately the bike noted on paperwork came through in the wrong colour. Richard stepped in and went above and beyond to fix the issue. Very helpful staff and able to demo ride certain models. No test riding after 3pm. Saturdays can get very busy.
Came in looking to do a trade-in and I wasn't happy with the initial offer. Allan was able to adjust the price for me until I was happy to sign. Eventually I decided to back out of the trade, and he was able to accommodate me then as well. He was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the process.
Ordered a 2025 vulcan s650 it was on the 750$ 25 discount but never got the 750 of price no response to emails took delivery of it today for a fee of 375$ to find out no log book and no paperwork with the bike delivery driver was told I had everything when epping was well aware thay never sent it out only up side to them is at least it had petrol in it but customer service with the very young bloke i delt with needs attention will not recommend or ever go back to them
