Wouldn't even have a look at a bike they sell and service. Workshop said "not interested" and gave zero alternative solutions. Too hard. Be sure to only bring them easy stuff - maybe you'll be OK. Maybe a contact name so I don't sound like a Karen asking for the owner? Also, so that I don't get the same person I spoke to the first time.

Great experience with Shaun over the last couple of weeks. He organised the pick up of my bike that I couldn’t start and within the day found the problem and ordered the parts. I was worried that I wouldn’t get my bike back for a while but all it took was 3 days and I even learned that my bike had a reserve tank if I run out. Great team and would recommend.
