Have to give a massive thankyou to Jake and Marcello for absolutely everything. These guys have given incredible service from start to when I receive the bike despite me being so impatient. I highly recommend these guys if you’re in the market for a new bike. 100/10 service I will be back for my next bike.
TeamMoto Caringbah's service team is probably perfectly fine if you need basic maintenance done as a general mechanic. But as a dealership service centre that I required, I found their diagnostic capabilities lacking at the $180/hour price point. I would have hoped when I described the symptoms and possible causes it would have been a quick confirmation. Wouldn't even have a look at a bike they sell and service. Workshop said "not interested" and gave zero alternative solutions. Too hard. Be sure to only bring them easy stuff - maybe you'll be OK. Maybe a contact name so I don't sound like a Karen asking for the owner? Also, so that I don't get the same person I spoke to the first time.
