Carried out work on my Bike. Replacement of tyre damaged by Campbelltown store during a service. No record of work supplied on request. I understand the work is free but this wasn't some basic, technically warranty work. They also tried to get me to pay as the Campbelltown store is trying to deny the claim. Wouldn't even have a look at a bike they sell and service. Workshop said "not interested" and gave zero alternative solutions. Too hard. Be sure to only bring them easy stuff - maybe you'll be OK.
Probably the BEST SERVICE you will ever get dealing with a motorcycle store. I've bought many bikes and parts from dealers over the last 20 years and can honestly say Carl is easily the BEST person to talk to regarding anything bikes related. I dealt with Carl months ago when I bought a bike and had many questions. Today, I called and had many silly questions on the bike and he was friendly and helpful. Searched the Team-moto site for a new klx450 for my son. I contacted this store, the guy said we don't do Kawasaki only Honda. That's fine, but maybe the team moto website should be clearer. The salesguy was rude, it's not my fault I called ignorant of what they sell lol. No need to be rude.
