Most unprofessional business (mob) I have had the displeasure to deal with. Responded to a bike sales advertisement on 2nd April. Received an automated email response, same day, indicating that someone would get back to me shortly. It was the Easter weekend, so was expecting a call on the Tuesday (7th). Sales manager was outstanding! But not the sale guy(show no interest to making a deal). End up took me 10min to make the deal with the sale manger , which is fantastic! Same with parts department, one guy order the part for me was friendly and patient to explain all the detail. But when I revisit for more parts the other guy was rude and show no interest for customer service. Great staff, was there yesterday looking for my first helmet the guy there helped me a lot with good info about helmets and motorcycle. He mentioned that he had a zx10r. Thanks
Take forever to respond to emails, didn’t supply stock exhaust or bolts. Tried to call a few times to follow things up. Can’t get a hold of anyone ever
