Went in this morning to look at a secondhand KTM Superduke GT I’d sent an online enquiry about (which nobody responded to). To keep it short, I bought a crf250 4 months ago from this Canberra store, the bike was due to be sent up after signing papers etc and organising loans, it took 3 weeks to get the bike sent to qld. I basically begged them to sell me the bike, every call felt like it was an effort to staff, and the excuse, “oh we sorta just forgot sorry” . Went to Team Moto hoping to have a look and maybe test ride some models I'm starting to research. Didn't have a 2025 Yamaha tracer 9 GT/+ and was told they wouldn't for "maybe 1-2 months". Sounded like a bit of a guess but ok... So they did have a nice looking Suzuki gsxs1000gx there. Asked if I could ride it, but apparently I couldn't it's not a demo. Had to cancel my order. Still waiting for my deposit to be sent back 2 + months after. Have called 5 times and still no progress.
Never left a review before but thought it was worth leave a review for this one. Went in there and was there for 15 minutes, the whole time I was in there majority of the staff were at the front counter talking like they were in year 10, making homophobic jokes and just acting dumb, was looking at buying a bike there and had one guy approach me, ending up just pulling his phone out and not even acknowledging me and walking past me and went to talk to another staff member.
