Fake advertising. Their advertising and website says they would do free tyre fitting. I rang and wanted to buy a set of Metzelers. Then they told me $150 for fitting. I asked for their offer, the guy answered "this was last month". I checked on their website. The offer is still on their website.
A pleasure to deal with Carlo, nothing was too much trouble
Rang the service department twice (18/3/25), no answer. I called in as I was in the area, walked up to the service counter, two staff behind the counter, 1 on the computer, 1 having a casual chat with someone. waited 5 minutes, no acknowledgment I was even there, no I'll be 2 secs, or asking the other guy on the computer to serve me, I walked out. You have lost a customer for good now, I will go to my LBS from now on. Very poor service.
