Their customer service representatives have less professionalism than fast food drive-through workers
They can’t figure out how to properly submit a claim to my insurance so they have been trying to bill me the full amount for a 2 hour hospital visit for over a year now and instead of contacting me to tell me they can’t figure it out, they just keep sending me a bill for the full amount saying my insurance doesnt cover any of it. Complete scam and terrible business. It is a shame i can’t get help without having to deal with something like this.
