If I could give zero stars I would. This place have no coordination skills. They don't communicate with the different agencies they work with and pay. Some how that is your job. Even when you do it they still find a way to screw something up. They expect you to tell the agencies such as the aide service what is going on when you yourself don't know. They do things and tell no one nor do they follow up to see how that change impacts you. They also don't care to check with the patient or the family about changes they make and ... read more
