Waiting over hours to see their doctors they someone will call you but no one’s care when I reach front desk again they confuse and very bad experience they don’t care
I'm very unsure why my parents switch to this circus. They are the most unprofessional bunch of in components I have come across. They can't even get a simple task done. It's even more difficult when you have two parents under this organization. I'm still waiting for supplies, and no one cares to reach out and explain why parents did not receive their supplies. My mom is in the hospital, and they were supposed to temporarily switch her homecare hours so that my dad, who is 92, get the care. Now I'm told by the Homecare agenc... read more
Professional and caring.
Look somewhere else if you need care for your elders. You will be very disappointed with the lack of professionalism of some of the health care staff. This place is a circus of incompetence.
