Linda and her team consistently bring high energy and enthusiasm, offering encouragement to all participants. Their dynamic pre-race warm-up sessions are both engaging and effective, creating a fun and motivating atmosphere to prepare for your upcoming workout.

Luxury boutique gym that always smells amazing, clean and comfortable. I had my first personal training experience with Dave for 3 months. He taught me basic and techniques of all exercises. I achieved my goal to be fit, lean and corrected my posture in 3 months. All the staffs are really friendly and welcoming too. I love going to Teambros.

Ich bin hier in West ryde als temporärer Worker für 6 Wochen und möchte mich nebenbei sportlich betätigen. Hier wollte ich ein Probetraining machen. - Nicht möglich Dann wollte ich die Preise für einen Vertrag für 6 Wochen anfragen und abschließen. - Nicht möglich Service ist leider unterirdisch und Kundenbetreuung geht anders. Gym sieht ganz okay aus.
