Love coming in here. Amy at reception is super friendly, and all the staff are very helpful and great to assist with your technic. Good equipment & classes. Highly recommend.
I love my classes with Yimei (Emay :) … Monday cardio class, Friday Pilates and Saturday morning stretch (yoga) class. She is so good at mixing it up each class making it fun, interesting and very beneficial. Thanks Yimei you’re a gem!
The team at Team8 Active have been amazing to work with, especially Matt, my physio. He’s helped me through pain and adapted my program to help me continue to improve. The gym facilities are awesome and using the app makes it easy! Thoroughly recommend the team and gym for the over 50’s.
