Team8 Active is an outstanding gym for the over 50s! The classes and programs are specifically designed to suit our needs, and they make working out both safe and effective. The physios and instructors staff are exceptional—so knowledgeable and encouraging, they know exactly how to support each member and keep us motivated. The community here is what makes Team8 Active special. It's a welcoming, friendly group where there's always plenty of laughter, social events and good conversation.
