My bike was stolen which isn't their fault but was issued a GAP insurance and Extended warranty refund. Full throttle supposedly sent checks to the lien holder. The payments bounced due to insufficient funds. I called numerous times trying to reach finance and never got someone on the line. Left a negative review and received a call within 30 minutes. They assured me that they would pay the money they owe me. It has been 4 months of them having the refunds and no money has been paid to me or the lien holder.
