Unprofessional and disrespectful. As a carrier trying to get paid by this company you get nothing but disrespectful comments, lies and the run around PER ANDREA " that little check doesn't mean anything to her but apparently we need it " yes Andrea we need to be paid for the freight that was delivered for your company. Brokers and accounts payable just lie you can't believe anything they say. As a carrier I WILL NEVER work with this company again. Their brokers lie to the carriers they do not pay when they say they are gonna pay. Andrea in accounts payable LIES. The woman told me she was overnighting the check because it didn't go out when they said it was going to I called to get a tracking number only to find out they took money out of the check to overnight it and DID NOT overnight the check instead sent it regular usps mail and charged me an overnight fee. If you need to move something fast Team Worldwide is the best option. When we need to get things moving and next day isn't good enough Team Worldwide gets our call. I love their responsiveness and their flexibility. When I get that emergency shipment call 5 min before closing Team Worldwide will pick things up at my house so I can be cooking dinner rather than waiting at the office for a pick up. That makes this working mama happy!
