Horrible customer service. Driver was unprofessional and lied. Said he attempted delivery and talked to me in person. I talked to him on the phone an hour and a half before scheduled pick up. He never came anywhere close to the building. He told me my item could not be picked up "raw"/unpacked, although that detail was never mentioned when speaking with dispatch the day before.
