Our entire truck load of food product became a total loss after the crossdock failed to store it in the agreed-upon temperature-controlled environment, leaving it exposed and infested with ants. Since then, they have not returned our calls or emails, nor responded to our attorney’s outreach, and we are having to escalate the claim legally.
Ok so here’s my experience…I called this morning somewhat excited to follow up on a shipment. Sony 75 inch my dream TV, to my 1st of several disappointments I was told it would not be delivered as promised today. What would you do after 9 days of waiting. I called Walmart who Co-ordinated the the shipping. Very nice, simply said it would arrive by 9 pm. 9pm on a Friday night after thinking on it I realized this is going south.
