Amazing service. Purchased my AR210 here in December 2025. The staff were very helpful. Riley and Jordyn answered all the questions and I never felt rushed. Overall A+ experience. Taylor also did an amazing job helping with finance.
Very poor communication skills. Slow to respond and very vague. Canned responses. Similar customer service to a power sports dealer. I would expect better from a boat dealer. Would not recommended will.
My wife and I stopped in at TWL marine looking for a new boat. We had a really exceptional salesman to work with named Jordyn Henschel. He answered pretty much any questions we had looking for a boat. My wife and I highly recommend Jordyn if you are looking for new boat or just have questions on a water craft.
I’ve purchased 5 boats from TWL over the years. Three were Jet boats, one pontoon and one jet ski. Purchasing experience has been excellent. I have them serviced and detailed by TWL. Again the experience has been excellent!
Jordyn was great to work with! I would recommend anyone in the market to check out TWL!
