Staff was professional and welcoming! They focused on the little things which mean a ton to me. Like factory rough edges were smoothed out before I even looked at the boat. Boat was even detailed before I even took a peek. Most places I looked at before didn't even bother. Riley, Mason and Matt have been amazing! Thank you gentleman!
Outstanding Experience with Team Winnebagoland (TWL Marine) I recently purchased a 2025 Yamaha AR250 from Team Winnebagoland and I can honestly say the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I drove about 2.5 hours to the dealership after seeing the boat online, and the team there made the trip completely worth it. My Wife and I are really happy we found TWL in Oshkosh WI! They had exactly what we were looking for. After contacting TWL, couple days later we were on our way home with a brand new Yamaha AR 250 boat! 6 hr driving total well worth it! The TWL team is amazing! Amazing service. Purchased my AR210 here in December 2025. The staff were very helpful. Riley and Jordyn answered all the questions and I never felt rushed. Overall A+ experience. Taylor also did an amazing job helping with finance.
Very poor communication skills. Slow to respond and very vague. Canned responses. Similar customer service to a power sports dealer. I would expect better from a boat dealer. Would not recommended will.
