Had to go through hell to get them to stand behind their lifetime warranty, don't buy from Beldon windows
Horrible! I got windows installed from them 3 years ago and now one of my windows are cracked and it's covered in my life time warranty but they don't want to give me a new one.
Not five stars,but 20 stars.They did a great job,and I thank them.
I made the unfortunate mistake of opting out of a contract with another company to go with Team Windows by Beldon Home Solutions because of their supposedly outstanding customer service. I still do not have my windows installed and have been let down every step of the way. Our salesman, Ric Johnson, has been the best experience with them. He was not pushy and guided us to what we wanted. After we were under contract for 27 windows and cannot get out, we have had abysmal customer service.
