I highly recommend Team Wellness to anyone who needs their services. It is a clean and welcoming place, and the staff are experienced, patient, and caring. They allow family members to visit patients, and they provide translation services in many languages, making communication easy for everyone. Yes I needed help mentally but man oh man how the tables turned constantly when I called the night staff out on their lack of professionalism and bedside manner. Had a man on the other side of the wall showering at 2am singing at the top of his lungs and I was accused of being disruptive when I informed the front desk who were sound asleep every night during my 72 hour hold. Horrible place,was there for a 72 hour hold for panic disorder and anxiety was never in a mental hospital before or had any experience with anxiety meds.They heavily medicated me giving me 5 pills at a time 2-3 times a day you get treated like you’re just another “crazy” person no matter who you are,i got sent home with 6 new bottles of medication i supposedly “needed”,those meds did nothing but make me worse and put me back in the hospital cause of how many pills i had in my system and none of them mixed well with each othe... read more
Believe the reviews ! Had a family remerber be here and these people that work there act like the real Looney Tunes. They make it so hard to just visit a love one. They bring up hippa laws as if u asking for a person medical history when all you trying to do is visit them. Very rude staff! When I go to a hospital ?
