Believe the reviews ! Had a family remerber be here and these people that work there act like the real Looney Tunes. They make it so hard to just visit a love one. They bring up hippa laws as if u asking for a person medical history when all you trying to do is visit them. Very rude staff! When I go to a hospital ? unfortunately bottom tier psych ward. some of the staff are good people, but if your loved one gets sent here what they will experience is the equivalent of a nice jail cell. both the shower water handle fell off and the handicap stability handle broke, and i could tell this had happened numerous times and been shoddily reinstalled because there were many screw holes in the tile walls. i asked for a recipient rights complaint form and was denied it. the nurses repeatedly made the mistake of saying the wrong meds to me.. a st... read more
Horrible place to go don’t send a little one there, they’re very rude. Disrespectful treat you like shit. The rooms are freezing, if you need to be on a Reno diet like I do, they will tell you unfortunately they cannot accommodate you. You will and have to eat what is on their menu. When I was there, all I got was pasta with tomato sauce and meatballs, or pasta with barbecue sauce and meatballs, or pasta with some kind of steak in very little Alfredo sauce.
