We opted for a long panel, almond-colored Model 4216, accentuated with glue chip glass windows and prairie trim. The entire process, from beginning to end, was smooth and professionally handled. We called Team USA for a garage door repair. An associate arrived to prepare an estimate. It was odd that he didn't know the name of the company for whom he worked. After he left, we decided to go with a different company. We called Team USA to cancel the estimate, no contract was signed. The salesman returned to our home trying to argue us into using their company. He only left after I informed him I was calling the police.

Great job by Team USA Garage Service! My garage door was stuck and no matter what i did - lifting, pushing, even talking to it, it wouldn't move. I discovered Team USA Garage Service online and gave them a ring. They sent out a worker, james, on the same day who pointed out the problem. It was a busted spring (which in hindsight, was pretty obvious). james gave me a straightforward quote to replace the springs (both of them), he was really friendly and the quote was very affordable. I'm a night shift worker and was just about to leave for my job when the spring on my garage door snapped. My car was trapped inside the garage, so I immediately reached out to a garage door service. Even though it was quite late in the evening, James was more than ready to assist. He made it to my Oceanside home promptly, managed to open the door, allowing me to drive my car out and get to work. The team was courteous and clarified the potential problem with my 17-year-old garage door. My previous contractor had skimped on the quality of these doors, yet I'm the only one in my neighborhood without a new garage door.
