If I could give 0 stars, I would. 360 Auto Body completely botched the repairs on my 2023 Ram 1500 after an accident. They promised factory-quality work but delivered a nightmare. Instead of replacing the damaged bed panel as promised, they slathered it with so much bondo that my 15lb magnet won’t even stick in some areas. They used damaged, second-hand parts without telling me and tried to cover it up.
