These guys thought it a good idea to post “For Sale” signs on crown land on our lake. Please remove your advertising from our pristine lake shores.
We we forced to take our house off the market for unforeseen circumstances. Shawn was incredibly professional although obviously disappointed. Even in the midst of a misunderstanding Shawn's true integrity shown (pun intended) through. The team Tucker and Shawn are THE best. Highly recommended. Highly.
We interviewed tucker to see if we were going to use his service. Unfortunately we didn't get the vibe with him, and went with another agent that seemed more willing to do the work.
I was looking to relocate to North Bay and Tucker Roy was a tremendous help even though my plans didn't pan out. To this day he sends me listings of potential houses. My move time line has changed but Tucker has been an amazing real estate representative.
Shawn was fantastic! Went out of his way to show different properties in my price range so I could see other options, even though some went even on the market yet. Great guy and truly wants to find the best match that makes the buyers and/or sellers happy. Will definitely reccomend to anyone buying or selling in the area.
