We interviewed tucker to see if we were going to use his service. Unfortunately we didn't get the vibe with him, and went with another agent that seemed more willing to do the work.
I was looking to relocate to North Bay and Tucker Roy was a tremendous help even though my plans didn't pan out. To this day he sends me listings of potential houses. My move time line has changed but Tucker has been an amazing real estate representative.
Shawn was fantastic! Went out of his way to show different properties in my price range so I could see other options, even though some went even on the market yet. Great guy and truly wants to find the best match that makes the buyers and/or sellers happy. Will definitely reccomend to anyone buying or selling in the area. Aidan and I had the opportunity to work with Tucker and Shawn on the opposite end of a deal. Both Tucker and Shawn were such a pleasure to work with. They were very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with on the opposite end. They responded immediately to any questions or concerns that we needed answers to. Tucker was great as a realtor. Really listened to what we were looking for in a house and property. Made sure to keep us posted on the latest houses up for sale even with the two hour time difference. When we were interested in a house, he made sure to have the essential information available during viewing and if we had any questions he was quick to find the answers. We would highly recommend Tucker and his agency if you are looking to buy or sell your house or property.
