I called the technician and he was able to come straight away which was great. He found the problem quickly and fixed it. Great communication, explaining issues prior to going ahead with fix and helped keep cost down. Thanks would definitely recommend.
From the time i engaged them, they are very professional and easy to deal with. Prompt and timely finish of the job undertaken, they know what customer needs. They took the pain out of me. When i was overseas i just called them to fix a broken air condition they fixed it very promptly. I will use them every time and also recommend to my friends and family.
The team did a great job of installing a ducted air conditioning system in our new home. I am really happy with the excellent customer service - from the initial engagement to the actual installation - it was a great experience to get quick responses and to have the job done on the next day of our settlement - a great relief to have this ticked off.
