We had our ducted air conditioner installed a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Everyone we spoke to was helpful and it was all done within the same day. The team also cleaned up everything leaving our place like it was before they started. With a week old baby in the house, we couldn't have been happier with the service and the end product.
We recently purchased a home and did a full inspection about three months in. We had some major repairs/replacements needed coming out of the inspection and were thrilled to have someone from this company come by the very next morning. We worked with their tech and he was fantastic! He was very kind and knowledgeable and walked through all the work that needed to be done and our options. We had this company clean our ducts back in 2015, at which point they installed an air purifier. Their work was thorough and reasonably priced. Fast forward to 2018 and the fuse on our air purifier wasn't working any more. In spite of how long ago we purchased the product, Air Duct Pros went out of their way to research which product we had installed, which fuse it was, and had the manufacturer provide us with a replacement fuse. Tech was so kind and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone.
