A terrible company, formerly labeled Teamtronics (I just talked to them about cancelling my service and they claimed to be Teamtronics), changed name due to poor reviews and service. They lie to about being the person that signed you up for your current service and have branched out independently. That there will be not charges for servicing your equipment but then do charge you. Stay away.
Garbage is the only word to describe this company and how it runs
Terrible company. Uses unprofessional business tactics to lock you into long term, useless service. Company told me my other alarm company going out of business. The other company did not go out of business. I was only locked into 3 years with the other company and they locked me into 5 years. I had to pay a fee to cancel the other company as well and now I can't get out of the this contract without paying for the entire balance of the contract.
